Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog at giftcardspk.pk, pick your desired card and denomination, then tap the 'Buy on WhatsApp' button. You'll be redirected to WhatsApp where we'll assist you with payment and delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept JazzCash and EasyPaisa. After you contact us on WhatsApp, we'll share our account number. Send the exact amount and share your transaction ID.
Can I pay with a bank transfer or credit card?
Currently we only accept JazzCash and EasyPaisa. These are the fastest and most convenient options for our customers.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices on our site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Delivery
How fast will I receive my gift card?
We deliver codes within 5 to 30 minutes after payment confirmation. In rare cases during high volume, it may take up to 1 hour.
What are your operating hours?
We're available every day from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed first thing next morning.
How will I receive my code?
Your gift card code will be sent via WhatsApp message. We may also include redemption instructions.
Product & Region Questions
Can I use a US Roblox card with a Pakistani Roblox account?
No. Roblox US gift cards only work with US-region Roblox accounts. If you have a Pakistani account, please order our Roblox Robux Global option instead.
Can I use iTunes / Apple cards on my Pakistani App Store account?
iTunes US gift cards only work with US App Store accounts. They cannot be used on Pakistani App Store accounts. Make sure you have or plan to create a US Apple ID.
Do Steam Wallet codes work in Pakistan?
Yes! Our Steam Wallet codes are Global and work in Pakistan. You can add funds to your Steam wallet from any region.
What's the difference between Roblox Gift Card and Roblox Robux?
Roblox Gift Cards (US) give you credit that you redeem via the Roblox website – they require a US account. Roblox Robux Global directly gives you Robux in your account and works worldwide including Pakistan.
What does Discord Nitro Full vs Basic include?
Nitro Basic gives you custom emoji, bigger file uploads (50MB), and a custom profile. Nitro Full adds all of that plus server boosts, HD video, bigger uploads (500MB), and animated avatars.
Issues & Support
What if my code doesn't work?
Message us on WhatsApp immediately with a screenshot showing the error. We will investigate and either fix the issue or provide a replacement code. We resolve all issues same day.
I sent payment but haven't received my code yet. What should I do?
If it's been more than 30 minutes, please message us on WhatsApp with your transaction ID screenshot. We'll look into it right away.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of gift cards, all sales are final once the code is delivered. However, if the code is non-functional, we'll provide a replacement at no extra charge.
